Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

I acknowledge and agree that the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. I agree that in order to cancel The Bridal Suite’s services for my wedding day, I must notify The Bridal Suite no later than 45 days prior the wedding date. I agree and authorize The Bridal Suite to charge my credit/debit card 50% of remaining amount due (Total package cost minus the nonrefundable deposit) in the event I fail to properly cancel my services no later than 45 days prior to the wedding day. If the deposit was paid by a different method (Venmo or invoice) I agree to pay the cancellation fee by the card provided in my contract. I agree and acknowledge that the $100.00 non-refundable deposit and the cancellation fee is due and owing whether or not services are rendered and is not a penalty but agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this contract and as full settlement of any and all claims by me arising from or in any way connected with this contract.

If my wedding must be moved to a different date, I understand there is a possibility The Bridal Suite may not be able to accommodate me and preform the contracted services. In the event The Bridal Suite can provide services, the deposit will be transferred but a new contract will need to be signed.

Terms and Conditions:

*Once the services are completed on wedding day, there are no refunds.

*In the event of accident, sickness/hospitalization, or any other act of God where my stylist/s are unavailable, another stylist/s from The Bridal Suite’s team will provide my services.

*On the day of the event, payment/s for tips must be made by cash, Venmo, or credit card only.

NO CHECKS.

(Credit cards are subject to a 3.5% additional processing fee.)

*I will pay any and all parking fees for the day of the wedding for all my stylists.


*I agree, acknowledge and authorize The Bridal Suite to charge a $100 late fee if my stylist/s are ready to begin at the confirmed start time and I and/or my party are not ready to receive services. I understand if services cannot be completed due to timing issues caused by my party, the total balance in this contract is still applied.


*I acknowledge and agree that when receiving hair services, hair MUST be dry, smooth and ready to style. If the client receiving a hair styling service fails to do so, the style may not be achievable and the service total is still in place. Please have you and all party members wash their hair the morning of the day before the event. No earlier and no later. This ensures optimal styling results.


*I am financially responsible for all services contained in this Contract. Services may only be removed from this Contract up to 45 days prior to wedding date.


*Please disclose any allergies of anyone receiving services.


*Services may be added to this Contract up to 30 days prior to service date. Depending on the type of service being added and that there is sufficient time to complete the service, The Bridal Suite has the right to deny extra services being added to ensure the original services are completed. Once the services have been added to the total, the Balance Due on this Contract will be adjusted accordingly.

*I acknowledge and agree that in the event The Bridal in its efforts to enforce any and all terms and provisions of this Contract incurs legal fees, attorney’s fees, and/or court costs, whether or not legal action is filed, I shall reimburse The Bridal Suite for said fees and costs. This Contract shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Missouri and venue for any litigation arising out of this Contract shall be in St. Charles County, MO.

Equipment:

*If any equipment or products are damaged, used without authorization, tampered with, and/or stolen, I understand I am responsible for reimbursement of the cost of the item(s) and my card on file will be charged. I understand I can request documentation on the items and pricing totals.

*I and my party understand, no one is allowed to tamper with or access any of the stylists kits. No tools, products, or equipment are allowed to be used without the stylist’s consent. The stylist(s) have every right to decline any client use of any of their items.

Termination of Contract:

*If at any point (up until 60 days prior to the event), The Bridal Suite deems the professional relationship unfit, the contract may be terminated without liability. I understand in this specific situation, I will receive my deposit back.
